These terms are an agreement between you and Tomáš Kolesár, ID no. 74883593, Slavojova 1729/8a, 128 00 Praha 2 – Nusle, Czech Republic ("we", "us"), who runs AI Pick Check at aipickcheck.com. By using the service, and by buying an audit once that is possible, you accept them.

The service

AI Pick Check asks leading AI assistants, through their official programming interfaces and with live web search switched on, the questions buyers might ask. It then reports whether a business is named, how high, whether its own website is cited, and who is named instead.

  • The free check asks 5 buyer questions on 2 AI assistants, once each. It costs nothing.
  • The full audit is a one-off paid service. Paid audits are not open yet and nothing can be bought today. When paid audits open, the price will be $39, shown to you before you buy. The full audit asks 20 questions, twice on each of 4 AI assistants (160 answers), and adds a ranked fix plan. It will include one free full re-run within 60 days of the audit.

The methodology page lists the assistants and models in use. We may change them as AI companies change theirs.

What AI results can and cannot tell you

  • AI answers change from one ask to the next. A result is a sample of what the assistants said on the day we asked, not a fixed fact. That is why the paid audit asks every question twice and shows a likely range.
  • AI answers can be wrong. We show the source links the assistants gave, but we do not check the answers, and we do not vouch for them.
  • We ask the assistants the same way for everyone. The apps people use add history, location and settings that we cannot see, so what a person sees can differ from what we report.
  • When an answer talks about a competitor, that is the AI's output, not our statement.
  • We do not promise that any AI assistant will recommend you, or that following our fix plan will increase your sales, visitors or rankings. The plan lists changes that are likely to help, based on what we saw.
  • Our reports are information, not legal, financial or professional advice.

Using the service

You agree not to:

  • run checks in an automated way, or get around the limits on how many checks you can run;
  • test or probe our systems for weaknesses without our written permission;
  • use the service to break the law, to harass anyone, or to produce misleading material about a business;
  • give us personal data of other people that you have no right to give.

We may refuse, limit or stop a check if we think these rules are being broken, or to keep costs and the service under control.

Your reports

  • Reports are private by default. Each report has its own private link and is hidden from search engines. Anyone who has the link can open the report, so share it with care.
  • Publishing is your choice. A report can become public, and open to search engines, only after you prove you control the domain and choose to publish it. You can take it down again.
  • Aggregated statistics. We may use results to produce statistics that cannot be traced back to you or your business.
  • The report is yours to use inside your business and to share. AI answers and web pages quoted in it belong to their authors.

Price, payment and refunds

Paid audits are not open yet, so there is nothing to pay for today and these paragraphs apply only once they open. We will tell you on the site when that happens, and we will update the privacy notice and the refunds page first.

When paid audits open, the price of the full audit will be shown before you pay. Our refund promise is on the refunds page: if your report is empty, broken or not useful, tell us and we refund you, and you keep the report.

When paid audits open, and if you are a consumer in the European Union, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. Before you pay, we will ask you to confirm that you want the audit to start now and that you understand the right to withdraw ends once it has started. The order cannot be placed without that confirmation. The audit starts as soon as you pay.

Changes to the service

We may change, pause or stop parts of the service. Once paid audits open, if we stop a paid audit before it is delivered, we refund what you paid for it.

Our responsibility

Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer, or our liability for death or injury, for intent or gross negligence, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.

Beyond that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profit or lost sales. If you are a business, our total liability for any one claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event.

We are not responsible for the content or availability of AI assistants, or of the websites they point to.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, after warning you where that is reasonable.

Governing law and disputes

Czech law applies. The courts of the Czech Republic decide disputes, except that if you are a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and may also bring a claim in its courts.

If you are a consumer and we cannot settle a complaint between us, you can turn to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce, ČOI, adr.coi.cz) for out-of-court settlement.

Contact and changes

Write to hello@aipickcheck.com. When we change these terms, we change the date at the top. Once paid audits open, a change does not apply to an audit you bought before it.
