Where things stand
Paid audits are not open yet, so nothing can be bought today and there is nothing to refund. The free check costs nothing.
Everything below applies from the day paid audits open. We will say so on the site, and we will update the privacy notice before then.
Our promise
When paid audits open: if your report is empty, broken or not useful, tell us and we refund the full price of the audit. You keep the report.
Examples: the audit did not finish, sections are missing, it analysed the wrong business and we could not put that right, or you cannot act on what it says.
A result you do not like is not a fault in itself. If the assistants do not recommend your business, the report is doing its job.
How to ask
When paid audits open, email hello@aipickcheck.com within 30 days of getting your report. Tell us the website address or send the report link, and say what was wrong. We will reply within two working days. We will agree the refund with you and tell you how and when it is paid before you need to do anything else.
Free re-run
When paid audits open, every full audit will include one free full re-run within 60 days. It asks the same questions on the same assistants, so you can see what changed. It is not a separate purchase and has no separate refund.
Your right to withdraw (EU consumers)
When paid audits open, and if you are a consumer in the European Union, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason. Before you pay, we will ask you to confirm that you want the audit to start at once and that you understand the right to withdraw ends once it has started. The order cannot be placed without that confirmation. The audit starts as soon as you pay.
This does not affect our refund promise above, or any other right you have under the law.
